Contract Terms and Conditions Crispy’s Creamery LLC:


BOOKING FEES AS FOLLOWS:  A $50 booking fee (deposit) will be charged for your event prior to contracts being sent.  This is required to be paid prior to a contract being executed.  If you choose NOT to use us for your event, then $25 of the booking fee is refundable.  If the event is canceled without a 7-day notice, the $50 booking fee will be forfeited.   Last minute bookings (within 7 days of the event) will incur an additional $25 non-refundable booking fee to be applied to the total contract at the end of the event.


RESCHEDULING POLICY AS FOLLOWS: In the event a date needs to be rescheduled, a rescheduling fee may be accessed by Crispy’s Creamery LLC.  If the event is rescheduled prior to 7 days before the original event date the booking fee covers the rescheduled event fee. If rescheduling within 7 days of original date, a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged to the credit card on file. 


CANCELLATION POLICY AS FOLLOWS:  Cancellations require a 7-day notice. Further penalties are incurred when cancelling within 7 days of the start time of the event.  Within in 7 days of start time of event = owe 25% of minimum and $50 booking fee; 72 hours of start time of event = owe 50% of minimum and $50 booking fee; cancelling within 36 hours of start time of event = owe 75% of minimum and $50 booking fee.  


Note: holidays will also incur an additional booking fee to be determined by Crispy’s Creamery LLC at the time of the booking (e.g., Memorial Day; 4th of July; Labor Day).


PRICING STRUCTURES AS FOLLOWS:

Minimum Required; listed below 


Guest pay; If sales do not achieve the hourly minimum for time served, the host is responsible for covering the difference to achieve the minimum number of hours booked.  


One tab; With Menus and pricing available we provide contracted services on one tab to meet the hourly minimum.


Catered; Special minimum if not using either a-la-carte option, i.e. items that are not normally carried on either unit.  


BOOKING INFORMATION FOR ICE CREAM (SCREAMERY CREAMERY TRUCK):


MINIMUM: $300 first two hours; then $75 per hour thereafter for an event; requires credit card on file and cancellation policy in effect.


BOOKING INFORMATION FOR HOT DOGS (CHILI MAN 2.0 CART):


MINIMUM: $400 for first 2 hours; thereafter $100 per hour - exclusive of taxes and gratuities. Requires credit card on file and cancellation policy is in effect. 


for breweries and other small businesses there will need to be credit card on file and cancellation policy in effect


NOTE: We prefer Hot dog bookings are made with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for ANY event. If this booking is made with less than 2 weeks’ notice, there is additional $25 non-refundable booking fee (total $75 booking fee); less than 1 weeks’ notice there is additional $50 non-refundable booking fee (total $100 booking fee); less than 3 days’ notice there is additional $75 non-refundable booking fee (total $125 booking fee) to be applied to the total contract at the end of the event. 


CUSTOM CATERING EVENT BOOKING INFORMATION (ALL FOOD / BEVERAGE SERVICE):


CUSTOM CATERING MINIMUM: $700 per event (2 hours) $175 per hour thereafter - exclusive of taxes and gratuities. This minimum is applicable to full-service ice cream or hot dogs or other special food/drink requests made by host. Crispy’s Creamery LLC and host will coordinate menu, event times, attendees and total contract price on a per event basis.  Requires a 25% deposit of total agreed upon contract price at the time of booking with a credit card on file and cancellation policy is in effect. NOTE: Should your event require smaller scale a la carte service, please refer to the event booking information for ice cream truck and hot dog cart above.


OTHER TERMS: 18% gratuity, taxes, and CC fee will be accessed for catered and one-tab events.  A CC fee will be charged to all guest pay events for the transaction to cover the minimum difference.


TRAVEL FEE AS FOLLOWS: to be determined based on individual booking situation.


DEPOSIT: For events that require a deposit, the deposit will be due within 7 days of the event. If the deposit is not paid within 7 days without a notice of rescheduling, your event will be cancelled.
